The Memory sticks we produce contain the News, Magazine and InfoSound - often up to 4 hours of recorded material for you to listen too.


News - is local and edited primarily from the Southern Daily Echo web site. In addition to local stories, we include a selection of 'Your Letters' and a Sports Roundup. The is produced fortnightly.

 

Magazine - in contrast to The News, our magazine contains articles from various publications, a recipe, gardening tips, a general knowledge quiz and local history stories. Produced fortnightly.

 

InfoSound - produced in association with British Wireless for the Blind, this contains the latest information specifically for sight impaired people. (Include link to InfoSound). This is available once per month.

 

StoryTime - a luck dip that might contain stories from local authors, poetry or documentary information. Recent content has included 'Titanic Voices', a talking book 'Growing Up in Wartime Southampton' read by the author James Marsh, and the story of Houdini the famous escapologist. This is available once per month.
